Motorcyclists rode in for some fun during Boardman Quaker Steak and Lube’s Bike Night Sept. 10.
“Today, we’re just having our bike and Patriot’s Night. People who want to wear their patriotic attire can. We just want to give people who ride bikes something to do,” said Marketing Manager Courtney Wolfcale.
Countless motorcycles covered the parking lot of Quaker Steak and Lube as riders enjoyed music, food and camaraderie. D Z Kustomes Owner, Dennis Troll, was excited to show off his custom bikes and encouraged other bikers in the community to come as well.
“We sponsor it and we just want to try and bring people down here,” Troll said.
The event also welcomed entrepreneurship. Small business owner Tom Deals was excited to sell his merchandise and get an opportunity to interact with community members during the event.
“I love coming out here and enjoying the festivities. They also feature small businesses. Anytime they have something in the community, it’s good.”
